I’m Kelsey.
A mother, doula, and nutritionist.
During my pregnancies and postpartum, I struggled with iron deficiency, severe postpartum depression, and a deep sense of depletion. The kitchen became my outlet—a creative space where I began to reconnect with myself and find healing through food.
I earned my BS in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine in 2018. Along the way, I also completed a year-long course in Human Lactation at the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health. In 2021, I finished my Master’s in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine, where my thesis explored the link between iron deficiency and postpartum depression.
Today, I support families through personalized meal prep services and my work as a nutritionist with WIC (Women, Infants, and Children), a program providing nutrition support to qualifying families. It’s a privilege to walk alongside the people we serve.
I know how easy it is to put your own health last—especially as a parent, and especially in a world that keeps asking for more. My goal is to help you reclaim your energy, your nourishment, and a little space to care for yourself again.
