Postpartum Support
A postpartum doula can be a supportive force on your journey to parenting. Postpartum doulas can provide breastfeeding support, provide referrals for other support services, encourage physical rest by giving you time to sleep, and facilitating postpartum healing and recovery.

By offering hourly packages, clients are able to customize our time together. Dispersing the hours throughout the week (s) allows you to get the support you need when you need it. All postpartum packages include 2 prenatal visits (1 hour per visit) to go over specifics regarding postpartum care and expectations.
